Hold your breaths! A picture heavy post coming up!
Hello fashionistas!!
So I’ve been longing to type this post since a long long time ( a week ), but I’ll make sure its worth it.It was a special day, it was my brother’s engagement and preparations were on since a couple of months. In the end, it turned out to be much much grander than we could have imagined.
A glimpse of my family-

Details Details Details you scream, and I’ll help you dissect my look further.
My look had to be fun, since I’m young, sober, comfortable as I had lots of chores and obviously dance! Lastly appealing and soothing!
My eyes fell on this peach cute Saree with a loud border and a thin green lining at the border. Click on the photo to enlarge it and notice. And hence, a contrasting green blouse 👍 or 👎.. Whatever let me know?
So the previous day, we had a mehendi ceremony and I got an Arabic-Indo mehendi done. Here’s a glimpse-
So now for the final look,
I styled my hair in a slightly messy hair do, with some floral clips,
Next, I drew you vail strings in pearl from my earings to this and this was quite unique and loved by all.
My jewelry overall was very simple since the whole look was delicate.
I took care of minute details like the rings and matching them with contrasting bangles.
So you think the contrast works well? Or is the green a spoiler? Let me know :)
And then for the overall simple plain Saree, I wore heavy sandals, and I strictly prohibited myself from buying a pair of stilletos since I wanted to dance all the time!
